Field sales or branch staff open the mobile app with the merchant present. No returning to the office for a desktop session, no handing the merchant a laptop to re-fill a web form.

Capture every artifact on device

SSM lookup, category selection, premises video, director eKYC, and outlet pin all happen on the device. Captures are staged locally and uploaded as each step completes so a flaky connection doesn't lose the session.

Built for field teams

The mobile experience is a first-class citizen, not a shrunken web form. Capture flows match the cadence of a field visit: bring up the camera, drop the pin, collect the eKYC, move on. The back-office case is assembled while the rep is still with the merchant.

Location with GPS and map pin

Outlet location is captured from the device GPS plus a manual map pin confirmation. The same distance-from-outlet check that video verification uses is applied: the recorded location and the drop-pin must agree. Off-site onboarding attempts are visible immediately.

The same gating as the web flow

Mobile onboarding is not a shortcut path. Every capture goes through the same checks as the web onboarding flow: SSM eligibility, director eKYC pass/fail, premises video scoring, questionnaire branching. A merchant who wouldn't pass on web doesn't pass on mobile.

Feeds one back office

Submitted applications land in the same acquirer back-office queue as web-submitted ones. Analysts do not switch dashboards to see mobile-sourced applications. The audit trail is identical.

Frequently asked questions

Does the app work offline?
Captures (video, selfie, ID photos, map pin) are staged locally and uploaded when connectivity returns. The SSM lookup and eKYC pass/fail steps require a live connection. The app reports its connection state clearly so field teams know what they can do right now.
Is the app white-labeled for the acquirer?
Yes. The app is branded per acquirer with the acquirer's name and identity. Merchants meet the acquirer's brand, not a third-party platform name.
What about fraudulent field staff submitting fake merchants?
Every submission is tied to the authenticated field staff account. Directors and premises must pass the same eKYC and video verification checks that apply on web. Off-location submissions are flagged by the same distance-from-outlet check. Patterns of suspicious submissions per field user are visible at the back office.
Is there an iOS and Android version?
The mobile onboarding app is React Native and targets both iOS and Android from the same codebase. Distribution is handled by the acquirer (public store, enterprise distribution, or MDM) per operational preference.
