Each integration client handles authentication, rate limiting, and error recovery, so the data flows reliably into merchant cases without manual API management.
Webhook event routing
Alert creation, status changes, investigation updates, and report generation events can be pushed to your existing systems via configurable webhooks. Each webhook includes event type, payload, and HMAC signature for verification. This lets AURA integrate into your existing alerting, ticketing, or dashboard infrastructure without requiring analysts to check another tool.
Operational boundaries
Integrations provide structured verification signals while investigation controls remain operator-governed. AURA pulls data from external systems but doesn't push decisions to them. The analyst workflow remains the single source of truth for investigation outcomes. This separation ensures that integration reliability issues never compromise investigation integrity.
